Return and Exchange Policy – Trizma Store

1. General Conditions:

Trizma accepts exchanges or returns of products purchased from our website, in accordance with the conditions stated in this policy and as defined by Brazilian Consumer Protection Law.

All incidents involving exchanges or returns must be previously communicated to our Customer Service (SAC) via email at [email protected], providing your name, order number, and the reason for exchange or return; or via WhatsApp by clicking on the icon available at the bottom left corner of the website.

For an EXCHANGE (via exchange voucher), you must request within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of the order. For fiscal reasons, exchanges are processed only through exchange coupons.

For RETURNS (refund of the amount paid), requests must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the order. After this period, the refund option will no longer be available, but customers may choose to receive an exchange voucher up to 30 calendar days after purchase.**

If you opted for a refund, once the return is approved, we will send you an email confirming the refund, which will be processed using the original payment method. This process may take up to two billing cycles for credit card payments.

If you opted for an exchange voucher, it must be used within 6 months.

Items will only be accepted for returns or exchanges if returned under the following conditions:

  • Product with original tag attached.

  • Undamaged original packaging.

  • Unwashed and unused, without odors, stains, alterations, or repairs (such as hems, adjustments, darts, etc.).

  • Original electronic invoice (DANFE) or a copy thereof must be provided and may be requested via email.

Products should only be shipped after contacting our exchange and return service, which will provide further instructions.

If at delivery, the package appears tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
